Pressure in The Kitchen: Reccomended for EVERY cook
Has it ever happened to you that you've been happily cooking away, preparing lunch for the home when suddenly a man from the gas company comes over to check on your gas? By this I'm meaning that he's wanting to cut the gas - all of it. AND you're using a gas stove. He tells you that either he'll wait 15 minutes for you to finish cooking, or you'll have to wait a hour for him to finish his inspection. You dont have a hour to wait. Now, it's amazing what you can get acomplished in 15 minutes... believe me. I know. (the gas man JUST left)

Not bad... you are an expert cook. Cooking lunch for the whole home can be ... exciting and eventful! What else has happened when you cooked for the whole home? I always make either too much food or not enough... I'm an expert at making a ton of eggs now though.
